16. After the negotiations are completed, the winner would be the hand with the highest count. The paying casino dealers will collect the bets of the losers first and then will pay the winning players.
17. The payout is not actually the responsibility of the player who actually deals the cards because he is just like any other player who is playing against the casino.

Either the player or the banker can deal a third card or even both of them can. But…dealing a third card would be based on the following different rules. • If the total of either the bank or the player is 8 or 9 for the first 2 cards, third card would not be necessary as the result is already called “natural”. The set of this game is over.
• If the total of the first 2 cards of the player is 5 or smaller than 5, the player should has a third card to be dealt.
• If a third card will not be drawn by the player, then it would be 6 that the bank should stand and should take a third card if the total is 5 or less.
• If the player does not need a third card to be dealt, the bank’s third card rule which is shown above would be the determining factor if the bank would deal a third card.

Some tips to be considered in playing baccarat:

• Select the fewest number of decks as possible, the fewer the deck the higher the chances of winning.
• Select a casino that charge on banker bets lower than 5% as commission.
